I have some mags I would like to upload if you guys would be interested. 174gb of computer magazines to be precise. My main thing is I want people to enjoy them. I like computer magazines from the late 1990's to the preset.
By and large we only upload magazines that have been scanned by our members with the odd exception here and there.
3rd party scans often have watermarks from the sites than created them which makes (WorldofMags for example) them all but useless in my eyes and mags from what I term sister sites like Retromags or OoPA should be hosted there to encourage people to support them.
Of course that stop doesn't members of rape and pillage sites like Internet Archive and another site I can't remember the name from bulk mining sites like ours and posting them as if they were their own.
Where did you acquire the mags you want to upload?

RetroCDN? Though there are bound to be others of lesser significance. Copy/paste is a lot easier than actually making these scans, after all - anyone can do it.

Was that attachment (PC Format 186) meant as a "sample"? No offense, but the quality is pretty horrible, all of the images in the magazine are totally washed out due to compression. If the filesize for a whole magazine is barely over 10MB it's usually not a good sign ...
The text is incredible clear for 10mb I presume this was some sort of official release, as I presume it is vector for the text and other elements and just the images are compressed. I saw that you uploaded the same to internet archive which is appreciated since they have a good text search which picks these up nicely. But of course we don't want our own scans on IA they are exclusive to here, but for the lower quality "official" type releases that is one of the best places for people to enjoy them.
I am curious do you have a txt file of all the files you have?
