What attracted me to PSM back in the day was the fact that they got actual comics professionals to do their covers. That's Art Adams on cover duty. He somehow avoided being lumped into the "hot artist" craze of the early 90s, even though he was better than most of them. Perhaps because he'd already been around for several years at that point so wasn't considered "new" enough, or perhaps simply because he never did put out a lot of full monthly books. Regardless, whenever he DOES draw something, it's a treat.
Here's his rendering of The Baroness, because I like G.I.JOE, and because the Baroness is a smoking hot bad-girl guns/glasses/leather fetish rolled into one.
