Unable to reset password for oldgamemags

I've tried to reset my password for oldgamemags. But I never received an e-mail to reset it. Any ideas on what to do?

Which site? The forum (www.oldgamemags.com/forum) or oldgamemags.net?

I'm guessing it's the old .net site but there is really no reason to use it as it is now defunct and with no file links usable there now that Mediafire has been discontinued for downloads
