I remember Retro Gamer doing an issue where they showed off the Konix. I believe it was the chair they showed off. Seemed interesting and the ability to remove and detach controllers was nice.

The 90s probably had the most amount of unconventional peripherals for both consoles and IBM-compatibles (and even the other home computers had their share of wacky devices). Nowadays we have fewer choices and even industry-backed peripherals like the PSVR struggle to make even.

That's interesting, I sent a scan to E-Day to get approved but he sent it to Phillyman who hasn't got back to me so obviously Phillyman won't respond. I think E-Day shouldn't wait for approval unless he really must get approval from Phillyman beforehand.

E-Day doesn't need anyone's permission to approve a scan, but as a rule he doesn't handle ANY administrative duties.  None.  Never has, never will.  If Phillyman ever decides to close the site, it's possible that SOMEONE may step in and offer to take it over, but it won't be E-Day.  He simply has no desire to deal with admin stuff and has stated so in the past.  So there's no point in sending him things to approve.

Phillyman might respond to you at some point, but it's pretty unlikely.  He doesn't make much time for the site anymore.  It could be that his personal life has been so completely crazy for the past several years that he simply hasn't had a moment to spare.  Or he could have just lost the passion for magazine scans.  Either way, don't get your hopes up.

Edit: replied before reading the rest of your post but yeah it's fine for it to be known. I offered up my older scans to Retromags a while ago (when it looked like OGM might cease to exist) but looks increasingly like they won't ever get added.

Actually, without saying who in case it's not meant to be known, there's someone here that had been in talks with Retromags to release their scans there as well.  Indeed, I was told to expect a massive dump of mags all at once, which were supposed to drop...over a month ago.

Ace #18 is now available. Ahh!! The Konix Multisystem ... literally the "Supersega" vaporware of the late 1980's. All the mags of the day were touting how great it was but it ended up cancelled before ever seeing a release after the company went bust.

Also a quick apology for issue one of 64 game buster, it was in a horrible state when I got it but I've tried to do what I can to clean it up. If anyone has a better copy please feel free to overwrite it.
